FOR US PRODUCT & ENGINEERING TEAMS

A software partner for US companies
not an offshore lottery

20+ years building web and software products for clients across the US and EU. Senior engineers who write the code themselves, direct communication with the people building it, and the same team on your product next year.

You have four options. None of them is obviously right.

Most US teams reach this decision the same way: a product needs building, the internal roadmap is full, and hiring is slow. From there the choice is an internal hire, a freelancer, a large offshore agency, or a smaller offshore firm — and each one fails in a different, predictable way.

We are the fourth option, so treat the comparison below as ours to defend. What follows is how those choices actually differ on the things that decide whether your product ships.

Where each option hurts

The trade-offs that show up after month two, not in the sales call.

Honest caveat: if you need someone in the room every day, or the work is your core competitive advantage and you intend to build a permanent team around it, hire internally. We will tell you so on the call.

Why teams pick us over another offshore firm

The offshore market is crowded and mostly undifferentiated. Here is what is actually different here.

20+ years, not 20 months

We have been building and shipping software for over two decades — through several platform generations. That is judgement you cannot hire quickly: knowing which shortcuts cost you later.

Senior engineers write the code

No bait-and-switch between the person who scopes your project and the people who build it. The engineers on your call are the engineers on your repository.

Clients who stay for years

Our relationships are measured in years, not deliverables. That only works if the software keeps earning its keep — so we build for the second year, not just the launch.

US and EU delivery experience

We have worked with US and European clients for years: their review cycles, their compliance expectations, their communication norms. You are not our first Western client.

Full-stack, AI and AWS in one team

Product engineering, AI and RAG applications, and AWS infrastructure sit in the same team — so the AI feature and the platform it runs on are not two vendors blaming each other.

Support after go-live

Launch is the middle of the project. We stay on for maintenance, iteration and the unglamorous operational work that keeps a product alive.

How an engagement starts

Four steps from first call to code — no procurement theatre.

1

Free roadmap call

You describe the product and constraints. We tell you the fastest credible path — including when that path is not us.

2

Scoped proposal

A written scope with milestones, assumptions and price. If the scope is uncertain, we propose a short paid discovery instead of a fictional estimate.

3

Build in sprints

A working increment you can click, on a fixed cadence, with your standup in the overlap window. Progress you can see beats status you have to trust.

4

Support and iterate

After launch we stay on for fixes, changes and the next set of features — the same engineers who built it.

The questions US clients actually ask

How do time zones work in practice?

Our team is in India (IST). At kickoff we agree a daily overlap window with your time zone, so standups, reviews and urgent calls happen live rather than by email tag. Outside that window, work moves asynchronously with a written handover.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do — in writing, from the start of the engagement. That covers the source code, the infrastructure configuration and anything else produced for you. We will sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

What happens if it is not working out?

You are not locked in. Exit terms — notice, and the handover of repository access, infrastructure and documentation — are agreed in the contract up front, so leaving is a clause you exercise, not a negotiation you dread.

Can you work with our existing in-house team?

Yes. A good share of our work is extending a client team rather than replacing it — taking a workstream their roadmap cannot absorb, in their repository, following their conventions and review process.

Are you a good fit for a small project?

Sometimes. We are a fit when the work needs judgement — architecture, an AI feature that has to be reliable, a platform that has to scale. For a one-off script or a template website, a freelancer will serve you better and we will say so.

Do you do fixed price or time and materials?

Both. Fixed price suits well-defined scope; time and materials suits products that will evolve as you learn from users. We recommend whichever genuinely fits the work, and we would rather scope a discovery phase than quote a number we would have to renegotiate.

Tell us what you are building

A free roadmap call with a senior engineer — not a salesperson. You leave with a clear view of the path, whether or not you work with us.
